IMPORTANT (May 10, 2022): Due to supply shortages and global events impacting Shanghai, Apple has indicated production times on 14” and 16” laptops have been extended to 8 to 12 weeks at the present time. If you are planning on purchasing through the UTSW University Store, please do so quickly.

For students utilizing financial aid, your FAFSA must be submitted before financial aid is officially an approved payment method for this order. Your total aid must exceed the amount due for tuition and fees by at least the amount of this order. If there is an issue with your financial aid award, a financial aid representative will email you. You will be required to respond within the deadlines outlined in that email. If you do not respond, you will have to pay cash or credit before the order is released to you.

If all the conditions above are satisfied: 50% of the amount above will be charged to your UT Southwestern student account shortly before your first disbursement of Financial Aid (either summer or fall; depending on when your program begins). This will pay the first half of the charges owed. The remaining amount owed will be charged and paid in the same manner with the spring financial aid disbursement. A University store team member will contact you with delivery instructions.

For students utilizing their financial aid, charges will be posted to their UT Southwestern bills on the dates below. Funds will then be deducted from their financial aid disbursements for the appropriate terms:

  • May 1 (for Summer) or July 20 (for Fall), 0.00 (50% total + $25 handling fee)

  • December 15 (for Spring), 0.00 (last 50%)
