For students utilizing financial aid, your FAFSA must be submitted before financial aid is officially an approved payment method for this order. Your total aid must exceed the amount due for tuition and fees by at least the amount of this order. If there is an issue with your financial aid award, a financial aid representative will email you. You will be required to respond within the deadlines outlined in that email. If you do not respond, you will have to pay by credit card before the order is released to you.
If all the conditions above are satisfied: 50% of the amount above will be charged to your UT Southwestern student account shortly before your first disbursement of Financial Aid (either summer or fall; depending on when your program begins). This will pay the first half of the charges owed. The remaining amount owed will be charged and paid in the same manner with the spring financial aid disbursement.
Orders received by July 1, 2025 will be available for pick-up the first week of August 2025. A Student Life team member will contact you with further instructions about pick-up during orientation week.
